We have an established client base stretching across the Midlands and along the M40 corridor. We are a strategic partner of the Diocesen Education Services, for whom we have worked closely for many years, maintaining and extending both primary and secondary school buildings across their portfolio, as well as ecclesiastical buildings within their diocese. Our client base also includes several MACs, MATs and Academy’s whom which we work closely with providing CIF and SCA bid support and estate management guidance.

Our experience with Trustees and the Department for Education requirements ensures we are able to guide Head Teachers, Business Managers and Governors through projects in order to achieve their visions and goals.

Whether it be help with CIF bids, planning permission, inspirational design input or help managing your project Spicer Surveys is here to help.

HOW WE WORK

We recognise the ever-growing requirements for low-cost solutions as well as the escalating standards concerning sustainability.

As the approach to learning changes, through alternative teaching methods and new technology, so too do our designs. Our detailed design process will guide you through the options regardless of the context, size or scope of your project.
