CAPITAL FUNDING
We provide full project management support to schools and academies, whichever the type of funding to ensure that your needs and vision are at the forefront throughout the process.
CONDITION IMPROVEMENT FUND (CIF)
You can apply for CIF funding if you’re a single academy or part of a small MAT or MAC. Spicer Surveys have secured a number of allocations for a vast range of projects including Boilers, Roofs and Refurbishment Works. We will help with writing the bid, preparing tenders and all other supporting documentation to ensure a successful bid.
MAT SCHOOL CONDITION ALLOCATION (SCA)
Multi-academy trusts (MATs) and companies (MACs) with at least 5 academies and more than 3,000 pupils will receive a School Condition Allocation (SCA) to spend across their estate. Spicer Surveys can provide the necessary support to prioritise this funding effectively across your estate for maintenance, refurbishment and expansion projects.
COMMUNITY & CHARITY FUNDING
A community or charity grant may also be a potential revenue stream if your academy, MAT or MAC is looking to fund a project that benefits the local community. For example The National Lottery provide funding for community projects such as after school clubs and Sports facilities. Spicer Surveys can help you source the funding and with our expertise we can put together a bid which will have the greatest chance of success.
