KNOWING YOUR ESTATE
We know that the first thing that Academies, MATs & MACs need is to know what they are dealing with and how best to deal with it in regards their estate. In the first instance we can provide holistic condition surveys to varying degrees on detail so that you can build a complete picture of your MAT or academy’s material state. The reports will identify premises and areas in need of improvement and maintenance in accordance with DFE guidelines. This forms the basis of crucial evidence required when applying for the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) or prioritising the Schools Condition Allocations (SCA).

We have been working with the Diocesan Education Service as a strategic partner for a number of years as well as several established academies. Working as your strategic partner and by understanding the current and future demands on your existing estate we can help you prioritise your allocations, whether it be SCA, CIF or any other funding stream, to provide you with listed priorities for maintenance, repairs and extensions over short, medium and long term periods. This allows you to budget and phase works effectively and to suit your level of funding.

Whether you’re applying for funding, planning a refurbishment or simply complying with fire regulations, a measured survey should be your start point. A measured survey of your site will provide an accurate representation of a building, inside and out, showing all the key structural elements and architectural features. This allows us to plan with you potential future expansion projects effectively to ensure abortive works are not carried out and also provides an easy tool to review spatial and asset arrangements across the site. We can provide 2D and 3D models to suit the requirements of the school.
