Traditional construction extension to form two new classrooms as well as administration facilities including a new staffroom.

THE BRIEF

Spicer Surveys Ltd were instructed to design and procure works to provide this new teaching block in the heart of Evesham. Working closely with the school and planning department, Spicer Surveys and the school were able to maximise the space they had available to form the new teaching and administration areas.

WHAT WE DID

Spicer Surveys Ltd were involved right from the start with the initial development plan, costings and concept design. The bid was fully funded and from there we provided the school with full project management support ensuring CDM compliance monitoring the project until completion.

This project also involved close liaison with the council’s archaeology department during excavations as the site was identified of significant importance.
